Included in the programme for EDCR2016 is a Poster Session featuring presentations of exciting and relevant case studies. Presentations will take place on the morning of Tuesday, December 13, in the session immediately before lunch. Run as a plenary, each presenter(s) will have three minutes to talk about their work. Additionally, posters will be on display for the duration of the Symposium.
Guidelines for those preparing a Poster Presentation:
EDCR2016 delegates who have been invited to present posters are responsible for producing and printing their own poster. Materials used to fix the posters to the wall will be provided.
The recommended poster size is A1 Portrait (841mm x 594mm/33.1″ x 23.4″). A limited number of power points (with UK 3-pin plugs) will be available in the room where posters will be displayed if delegates would like to show additional material on a laptop or tablet for example (although this is not essential).
Delegates with posters should arrive at the Kelvin Hall in good time (i.e. before 9.30am) on Monday, December 12th to set up the display of their poster. Presenters will be able to set up their displays in the designated space at the Kelvin Hall on Monday morning from 8.30am, and should leave their posters on display until 4pm on Tuesday, December 13 when the symposium closes.
